UPDATES 2008-09 EDUCATION PROGRAMS & STUDENT MATINEES ON SALE NOWClick Here for Details on 2008-09 Student Matinees YOUNG CRITICS WORKSHOPS Teaching Artists visit your classroom to give your students the inside scoop on how to write a theatrical critique! In this workshop, students actively engage the Kentucky Core Content Elements of Drama, creating connections between the audience and artistic experience. These workshops are offered both independently ($50 fee) and as a post-production follow-up for the student matinee experience (free of charge). Students who have written a critique on an Actors Theatre production may submit their work to be posted on our website! To submit online, please send all critiques as email attachments to Education@ActorsTheatre.org with the subject heading ‘Young Critics Contest.’ Please be sure to include your name, school, teacher, grade, and contact information. |
