An old man’s sleep is disturbed when a pair of buskers seek refuge in the abandoned building he has made his home. The musicians become wrapped up in what he claims is the story of Pamela Brown, but what does this man really know, and how? A tale of love and loss, hot air balloons, and the all or nothing quest for glory.
