33rd annual Aqueous USA juried exhibit

The 33rd annual Aqueous USA, sponsored by the Kentucky Watercolor Society, is in full gear. This juried exhibit has gained national prominence over the years with awards totaling over $10,000. In addition, many of the paintings are purchased from the show. The Kentucky Watercolor Society has been promoting and sponsoring watercolor shows and events since it was formed in 1977. They are a non-profit, nationally recognized, all volunteer organization, and Aqueous is one of their most prestigious achievements.
The 2010 Aqueous USA exhibit will open October 5 with an award reception Friday, October 8 at 5:30 pm at Actors Theatre, and will run through October 30.
