Louisville International Airport (SDF) is the most accessible airport to downtown Louisville. We recommend allowing 30 minutes for travel from the airport to downtown Louisville and Actors Theatre. We highly recommend securing your Festival weekend package prior to arranging your flight, to ensure availability.

Shuttle Services

Actors Theatre is pleased to offer complimentary, volunteer-supported shuttle transportation to our package patrons during the final two weekends of the Humana Festival, March 31-April 2 and April 6-9.

LOCAL TRANSPORTATION

Local shuttle service is available throughout the weekends within the downtown Louisville area. Information on schedules and availability will be available onsite at the Guest Services table located in the theatre lobby.

AIRPORT ARRIVALS

Complimentary transportation is available from the airport to the theatre and our partner hotels during the following dates and times:

• Friday, March 31  From 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
• Thursday, April 6  From 10 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
• Friday, April 7  From 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

‭You will be greeted on the lower level in the baggage claim area and then taken to ‭one of our participating downtown hotels or the theatre.  ‭Then all you’ll have to do is visit the theatre at ‭your leisure to pick up your tickets and start your weekend

AIRPORT DEPARTURES

Complementary transportation is available to the airport. The shuttle runs straight from the theatre to the airport, so we recommend checking any luggage in Actors Theatre’s coat check on Sunday morning. Shuttles are available during the following dates and times:

• Sunday, April 2  From  12 – 5 p.m. (departs on the hour)
• Sunday, April 9  From 12 – 6 p.m. (departs on the hour)

To procure AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE during these days and times, please provide your flight information in your Festival Attendee Profile or by emailing festival@actorstheatre.org by Friday, March 10, 2017.  

If your flight falls outside of these dates and times, you will need to arrange your own transportation.
