Humana Festival Shuttle Information
Actors Theatre is pleased to offer courtesy, volunteer-supported shuttle transportation to our package patrons during the final two weekends of the Festival – March 23-25 and March 30-April 1.
Shuttle service is available for airport arrivals as well as throughout the weekends within the Downtown Louisville area. Information on schedules and availability will be available onsite at the Information Table located in the lobby.
Arrival
March 23 – 25 & March 30-April 1
Transportation is available for our package patrons from the airport to participating hotels during the times listed below. If your flight arrival time does not fall within this schedule, please arrange your own transportation. If your travel information is not received by March 2, please arrange your own transportation.
- Thursday, March 22 and 29 10 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
- Friday, March 23 and 30 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Departure
March 23 – 25
Please arrange return transportation to the airport.
March 30-April 1
Actors Theatre recommends allowing 45 minutes travel time from the theatre to the Louisville International Airport. If your flight departs before 4:15 p.m. Sunday April 1, please arrange return transportation to the airport. If your flight departs after 4:15 p.m. on Sunday, April 1, you may use Actors’ courtesy airport shuttle. Below are the two shuttle departure times on Sunday for the airport.

- 4:00 p.m.
