Early Bird Rate – Save $50! For those attendees who make their reservation prior to January 30*, a significant discount is available. After this date, the standard reservation rate will go into effect. See reservation below for specific weekend rates. *Deadline extended to Wednesday, Feb. 6!
Emerging Leader Rate Calling all new industry recruits! Take advantage of great savings on a celebrated event. For industry professionals 35 years of age or below, an Emerging Leader discount is available. See below for specific weekend rates. Deadline extended to Friday, March 8!

Driving, Hotel & Transportation Information
Driving
Actors Theatre is conveniently located in downtown Louisville at 316 West Main Street, between 3rd and 4th Streets. Easily accessible by car from Interstates 71, 64 and 65, the theatre offers indoor parking in its garage adjacent to the theatre complex. If traveling by air, the most convenient airport is the Louisville International Airport (SDF). We recommend allowing 45 minutes for travel from the airport to Actors Theatre. We also recommend securing your package prior to arranging your flight details.
Hotels
Special discounts on select dates are available at selected hotels when you state that you are attending Actors Theatre’s Humana Festival. Discounted rates are subject to availability. The participating hotels are within the Downtown area, most in close proximity to the theatre.
Shuttle Service
Actors Theatre is pleased to offer courtesy, volunteer-supported shuttle transportation to our package patrons during the final two weekends of the Festival – March 29-31 and April 5-7. Shuttle service is available for airport arrivals as well as throughout the weekends within the downtown Louisville area. Information on schedules and availability will be available onsite at the Information Table located in the lobby.
