Actors Theatre is proud to offer discount opportunities for all festival–goers that will help to bring together local, regional and national support of American theatre. Three different discounted options are being offered for ticket package purchases.
Early Bird Rate:
For those attendees who make their reservation by Monday, February 6, a significant discount is available. After this date, the standard reservation rate will go into effect. See reservation below for specific weekend rates. (Weekends 3 & 4)
Next Gen Rate:
This is your chance to take advantage of great savings on a great event. For patrons 35 years of age or below, a significant discount is available. See below for specific weekend rates. Cut-off date for this rate is March 1. (Weekends 3 & 4)
Group Rate:
Beginning February 7, reservations made with 6 or more people qualify for a group rate. See below for specific weekend rates. Cut-off date for this rate is March 1. (Weekends 3 & 4)

Weekends 3 and 4: Breakfast at Intermezzo Cafe
$10 per meal/day
Weekend 3: Saturday March 24 and Sunday March 25 8 a.m. – 10 a.m.
Weekend 4: Friday March 30 and Saturday March 31 8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Actors Theatre is offering breakfast buffet service during the Humana Festival weekends. Breakfast will be served in the theatre’s onsite restaurant, Intermezzo Cafe. One or both breakfasts can be chosen. You can add-on this meal option when reserving your New Play Getaway packages.
Driving, Hotel & Transportation Information
Actors Theatre is conveniently located in downtown Louisville at 316 West Main Street, between 3rd and 4th Streets. Easily accessible by car from Interstates 71, 64 and 65, the theatre offers indoor parking in its garage adjacent to the theatre complex. Please also note that some traffic patterns have changed recently in the surrounding area.
Detailed Directions
Special discounts on select dates are available at selected hotels when you state that you are attending Actors Theatre’s Humana Festival. Discounted rates are subject to availability; prices are single/double, except where indicated. The participating hotels are within the Downtown area, most in close proximity to the theatre.
Actors Theatre is pleased to offer courtesy, volunteer-supported shuttle transportation to our package patrons during the final two weekends of the Festival – March 23-25 and March 30-April 1. Shuttle service is available for airport arrivals as well as throughout the weekends within the Downtown Louisville area. Information on schedules and availability will be available onsite at the Information Table located in the lobby.

Reservation Policies
All New Play Getaway Package reservations must be paid at time of order. No substitutions or exchanges for Getaway Packages. Packages cannot be split into single tickets. Packages are NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellations can be taken until 72 hours prior to the time of first play and a credit will be issued that may be applied to future Actors Theatre tickets until May 31, 2013.
