Bus Coordinator (Part-Time)

The part-time Bus Coordinator facilitates the safe and timely arrival and dismissal of busses for Actors Theatre’s robust student matinee series. This position will be expected to work primarily mornings, with the possibility of additional afternoon hours. Please see the Shift Dates/Times schedule listed on the last page of job description.

Artistic Coordinator

The Artistic Coordinator of the PTC will assist the Director of the Professional Training Company (PTC) in all aspects of coordinating and supervising the daily activities and long-term development for approximately 40 artistic, administrative, and production apprentices in a nine-month intensive training program. Wig and Makeup Assistant (Seasonal)

The Wig & Makeup Assistant assists in the altering and upkeep of wigs and hairpieces for all productions, runs Wig & Makeup tracks on assigned productions, and assists with the daily maintenance in the wig shop. (Please see attached file for detailed information.)

Properties Carpenter Artisan (Seasonal)

The Properties Carpenter Artisan is responsible for completing projects having to do with the construction, restoration, or modification of furniture, set dressing, and hand props built of wood, steel, or other materials. (Please see attached file for detailed information.)

Deck Carpenter (Seasonal)

Actors Theatre’s distinguished training program offers a variety of professional apprenticeships in acting, artistic, production, and administrative departments.
