Miss a performance?
We know that things come up at the last minute—that’s why we have an exchange policy that is easy and convenient.Season Ticket Holders receive great benefits, including easy ticket exchange and the ability to purchase $5 Extra Seat Passes if you missed a performance.
Easy Ticket Exchange Policy
The great thing about our Easy Ticket Exchange, is that when you call to release your seats, you do not need to rebook immediately. You can check your schedule and call back when you are ready to book your tickets for a new performance.
Here is how it works:
Tickets may be exchanged, by phone at 502-584-1205 or in person, into a different performance of the same play with no fees up until 5 p.m. the day of your evening performance or one hour prior to a matinee. Patrons are asked to pay the difference in price if rescheduling into a higher-priced performance.
Extra Seat Passes
If you did miss your regularly scheduled performance, regardless of whether you called to release your seats, you can still get an Extra Seat Pass.
Expired tickets may be redeemed at the Box Office for a $5 Extra Seat Pass, which is available starting one hour prior to the performance of the same production. This allows you to take any empty seat immediately before curtain time (standing room is available in the Pamela Brown Auditorium and Bingham Theatre if all seats are taken).
Have questions about obtaining an Extra Seat Pass for expired tickets or need to exchange your tickets for a future performance?
Please contact the Box Office at 502-584-1205.
