Bre Jackson (Asaka) is thrilled to be making her Actors Theatre debut! She has most recently been seen on Broadway in The Book of Mormon as an ensemble member. Her performance as Ado Annie in Denver Center for the Performing Arts’ Oklahoma! garnered her a Henry Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Musical. She has also been seen in NBC’s Emmy Award-winning Jesus Christ Superstar Live in Concert as well as a featured soloist on season two of CBS’s The Good Fight. Other roles include Effie in Dreamgirls (South Korean tour). Her Broadway credits include The Color Purple (Church Lady/Celie/understudy) and The Book of Mormon (ensemble/swing).
