Kay Nilest (she/her) is happy to be back home in Louisville. She is a graduate of Emory University where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and International Studies. Previously, she has worked in the Artistic Department at Alliance Theatre in Atlanta and with Theatre Emory. She is also a playwright, having written one-act plays for production in the Oxford College One-Act Playwriting Festival, the Emory Lenaia Student Playwriting Festival, and Actors Theatre’s own New Voices Young Playwrights Festival. In addition to Actors Theatre of Louisville, she works with Teatro Tercera Llamada to create bilingual Spanish and English productions in Louisville.
