* Excludes fees from non-Actors Theatre of Louisville platforms.
** Premium streaming content includes productions such as Romeo & Juliet: Louisville 2020, Ali Summit, and Where Did We Sit on the Bus? There may be restrictions depending on the hosting platform. Live events and projects hosted on interactive platforms are not included. 
*** Limit of 4 tickets per production. Excludes single performance or limited engagement events and projects not produced by Actors Theatre of Louisville.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I log in to my account?

Go to our login page. You can access this page by clicking the login button at the top of every ActorsTheatre.org page. You'll use the same email and password you used when you purchased your membership. 

If you have trouble logging in, click "Forgot Password" to reset your login. If you're still having trouble, email BoxOffice@actorstheatre.org. You'll need to be logged in to access your membership information and benefits.

How do I access my Member Library?

To access your Member Library, the first thing you need to do is login to your account. Once you've logged in, navigate to your account and select "My Digital Content" from the left-hand menu. Or click here.

You'll be able to see all of your reservation details for premium streaming content, as well as your membership. Find your membership in the list and click "View Member Library." From there, you'll be able to stream the entire collection of free audio and video content that is included with your membership.

How do I access my membership benefits?

You'll need to be logged in to access all of your membership benefits. Once you're logged in, all discounts will be automatically applied to your purchases at check out.

Your Red membership comes with $5 tickets to stream all of our premium content. You'll still need to go through the steps of reserving a ticket, but will receive your discount as you check out.

Additional membership benefits such as invitations and special offers will be sent via email. These emails will come from BoxOffice@actorstheatre.org. If messages from Actors Theatre are being filtered as Spam, you can add us to your contacts or “safe sender” list.

How do I add premium streaming content to my library or reserve tickets to in-person events? 

Navigate to the production you want on ActorsTheatre.org, and reserve a ticket. You’ll be prompted to log into your account during the reservation process, and any relevant member discounts or waived charges will be applied at check out. 

You'll find your premium streaming content under the "My Digital Content" tab on your page. Tickets to upcoming in-person events can be found under "My Upcoming Events."

How will I hear about additional upcoming programming?

As a member, you'll receive emails about new events, performances or streaming content as soon as details are available. Members get early access to purchase tickets for in-person events, before the general public.

When is my monthly membership charged?

Your card will be charged on the 15th of each month. If you have any changes to the card you are using or wish to make any changes to your membership, please email BoxOffice@actorstheatre.org by the 10th day of the month in order to make changes to the current billing cycle.

How do I change or cancel my membership?

To upgrade, modify or cancel your membership, contact us anytime by emailing .

Monthly members must contact BoxOffice@actorstheatre.org no later than the 10th of a month to cancel and avoid that month’s charge on the 15th. Monthly cancellations received after the 10th of the month will be cancelled effective the following month.
