Competitive escape room athlete May O’Nays has conquered every room but one—the elusive Mister Rogers Escape Room—and this just might be her toughest challenge yet! The determined drag queen plans to crush this room on her own, but solving these puzzles requires a shift in perspective that takes patience, slowing down, and collaborating with others. Inspired by the world and wisdom of Fred Rogers, this interactive comedy for all ages explores what it means to be a good neighbor.

The world premiere run of Won’t you be my May-bor? will begin at Mayday Escape Rooms located in the Victor Jory Theater before heading out to Owensboro, Hazard, and other communities throughout Kentucky.

The May 31 performance is a special FREE sneak peek supported by the Fund for the Arts.

Drag Daddy Productions is an LGBTQIA+ owned and operated 501(c)3 nonprofit theater company founded in Louisville, KY by Executive Director and Producer Tony Lewis.
