Guest Services Associate
This unique position, which blends Radical Hospitality and Guest Services is ideal for a customer service-oriented individual who loves to interact with guests both in person and by phone. The ideal candidate will work with our team in fostering a welcoming environment for all. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering box office calls and emails, selling tickets and answering guest questions on site prior to performances, helping guests with accessibility needs, supporting the Radical Hospitality team with ushering, scanning tickets, and other front of house tasks as needed. This position will require a flexible schedule with evening and weekend work and may require the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
Radical Hospitality Manager
Members of Radical Hospitality Management work closely with one another as well as production staff, stage management, and box office staff to ensure the Front of House operations are executed with care and intention. Managers lead the Radical Hospitality Team in fostering a welcoming environment for all. Responsibilities include: opening and closing the building, creating front of house reports, assigning tasks, managing security, and responding to accessibility needs. The position will require you to work on evenings and weekends and may require the ability to lift items up to 30 pounds.
*NOTE: This is a front-of-house position.
Radical Hospitality Team Member
Members of the Radical Hospitality Team work together to foster a welcoming environment for all people, especially for those belonging to historically excluded communities and identities. Specific roles and responsibilities will be flexible on a shift-by-shift basis and include greeting guests, scanning tickets, responding to accessibility needs, providing access tools, ushering and assisting guests with way finding through the theater and lobby spaces. The position will require you to work on evenings and weekends and may require the ability to lift items up to 30 pounds.
*NOTE: This is a front-of-house position
Dressers
Dressers are responsible for the care and maintenance of costumes during tech and run of the production. They will provide hands-on assistance with pre and post show duties, quick changes, emergency repairs and laundry as assigned by the Costume/Wardrobe supervisor. Candidates should have an understanding of how to run a wardrobe track backstage. Able to lift and carry 50 pounds while navigating stairs and work in confined spaces with low visibility. This position will require you to work on weekdays, weekends, and evenings as scheduled. Responding to this listing will add your name to our roster of part-time, hourly (aka overhire) Dresser positions.

A CHRISTMAS CAROL YOUTH AUDITIONS
Actors Theatre of Louisville is looking for youth performers (ages 6 – 13) to join our upcoming production of A Christmas Carol. We are casting the roles of TINY TIM, FAN/BELINDA, and PETER. Please note that due to union rules, youth performers must be 13 years or younger to be considered for this production. Children who are 13 cannot turn 14 during the production process. Guidelines for Sharing New Work
At this time, we’re primarily reviewing materials to expand our knowledge of projects and voices for future consideration. Instead of focusing on a specific upcoming season or concrete annual decision cycle, this effort is part of a long-term, ongoing process to get to know artists with whom Actors Theatre of Louisville might discover an affinity and an opportunity to support down the road.
