House Manager (Part-Time)

The House Manager is responsible for the ensuring safety and comfort of our patrons and volunteers when attending Actors Theatre. Additionally, this position coordinates with the Stage Managers to ensure that performances are started in a timely manner.

Public Relations Manager

The Public Relations Manager will play a key role in nurturing and cultivating strong industry and media networks, and developing brand awareness and messaging that supports Actors Theatre’s mission and business goals through broad-based multimedia, social media and communication strategic planning and execution.

Director of Development

The Director of Development is a member of the Theatre’s senior leadership team, reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the Board of Directors and other volunteers. This position leads strategy development and supervises the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all fundraising programs, including special events, to raise $4.6+ million in annual contributed income through individual, corporate, foundation, and government support.

Bus Coordinator (Part-Time)

The part-time Bus Coordinator facilitates the safe and timely arrival and dismissal of busses for Actors Theatre’s robust student matinee series. This position will be expected to work primarily mornings, with the possibility of additional afternoon hours. Please see the Shift Dates/Times schedule listed on the last page of job description.

Wig and Makeup Assistant (Seasonal)

The Wig & Makeup Assistant assists in the altering and upkeep of wigs and hairpieces for all productions, runs Wig & Makeup tracks on assigned productions, and assists with the daily maintenance in the wig shop. (Please see attached file for detailed information.)
